A few of my little dreams...sidebar of m'life.

Things I would like to do and have dreamed of doing for enjoyment for the past 10 years:

1. go to a Franco-Italian culinary school for a little while and learn the art of fine cuisine and chocolate making.

2. publish a small book of poetry.

3. spend some time at animation studios like Pixar and be a part of a team to come up with story lines and music scores.

4. keep learning Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese without forgetting mon francais.

Careers I've considered...and may be still considering

1. United Nations (I love languages, traveling, learning about people from all over, world legal systems, diplomacy, and universal -literally- health care).

2. Medical doctor. (Illnesses are mysteries...I like clues and I like to solve mysteries.) Pediatric cardiologist. I'm interested in preventative medicine and lifestyle education (obesity/diabetes/heart disease prevention) as well.

3. When I'm old, I think I'd like to retire and become an elementary school teacher.
